Who qualifies for this offer
To qualify for this offer a lab must meet the following two criteria:
- The lab must be located in one of the countries on our developing countries list.
- The lab must be part of an educational establishment or a non-profit making institution
If you believe your lab qualifies for this offer then, in the first instance, please send an e-mail to techsupport@any-maze.com identifying your laboratory and the country where you are based - we'll then check these details*.
To actually place an order we will require that you fax or mail us an official purchase order from your institution. Or, if you are making a private purchase, then we'll require a letter on official stationary from the head of your department confirming that you work in the laboratory.
*Please note that the decision of Stoelting as to whether a lab or individual qualifies for this offer is final.
Answers to some common questions about the developing countries annual license
Q : Can I buy a license for a period other than one year?
A : Not exactly, although you can obtain a license for multiple years by simply purchasing multiple annual licenses.
Q : Do I have to keep my license up-to-date?
A : No, not at all. This is one of the benefits of an annual license. You can buy a license, use ANY-maze for a year, and only buy a new license when you need to use it again.
Q : But if my license has expired can I still access my old data?
A : Yes, your data is ALWAYS accessible. The only difference between a licensed and an unlicensed copy of ANY-maze is that an unlicensed copy won't save test results.
Q : What if I have problems with a copy of ANY-maze for which the license has expired?
A : Just contact ANY-maze technical support techsupport@any-maze.com - we support all users, although users of licensed copies do get priority.
